At present, the steps to owning a home at AquaMarina are the following:
- A 20% deposit to place the unit of your choice on hold while you review and sign the Purchase Agreement (10 days maximum)
- A balance of 80% is due at transfer of title within 60 days of signed Purchase Agreement (closing date is only confirmed upon receipt of funds 1 week prior to closing)
- Also payable at closing is a 5% closing cost, which includes a 4% transfer tax and 1% notary fee; these are one-time fees only.
Financing is available through several on-island banks, and they are currently willing to finance up to 50% of the purchase price at 8% interest over 10 years. For more information on financing, please contact the Sales Office.

Vacation Rentals
With the many conveniences and services that AquaMarina has to offer, renting a vacation home here is ideal. Whether you're vacationing alone or with a group of 10, there's something for everyone.
Our one bedroom condos are very spacious and sleep two comfortably in a king sized bed; some apartments also have sleeper sofas or inflatable mattresses. The kitchens are fully equipped with most major appliances as well as blenders, toasters, and coffee machines. There is also a laundry closet complete with washer and dryer.
Our two bedroom condos (ranging from 2000 - 2300 sq. ft.) are very large and spacious and sleep four, or up to six comfortably, again on our own 300 thread count cotton sheets. Kitchens are fully equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher, and there is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
We also have three bedroom villas, complete with private infinity edged pools, barbeques, and large terraces. Take advantage of our grocery delivery service whereby your selected groceries can be stocked in your fridge and cupboards before you even arrive. Also, be sure to ask about our chef and catering service to have a delicious meal prepared and served while you kick back and relax.
